R Lyfe Creations is a new and exciting e-commerce lifestyle brand built around the everyday person's top hobbies and passions. We're building a brand that will revolutionize the way people experience their passions.

 

What we are looking for:

You are a data-driven and entrepreneurial marketer passionate about building brands that elevate everyday experiences. You want to play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and building something that matters from the ground up. You'll be responsible for maximizing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and leading a high performing marketing team.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and brand vision.

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive success.

  • Oversee all marketing channels, including brand awareness campaigns, social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, email marketing, SEO, and public relations.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target
    audiences, understand trends, and refine marketing strategies.

  • Manage website content and SEO to improve organic traffic and brand visibility.

  • Cultivate strong influencer relationships and develop strategic
    partnerships to expand reach and brand advocacy.

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Proactively identify and implement the latest marketing trends and
    technologies to enhance brand reach and engagement.

 

Compensation:

  • This is an equity-only founder-level role. We offer a competitive equity package with the potential for future profit sharing based on company performance.
