You are someone that is entrepreneurial, passionate about building products that elevate everyday experiences, and wants to build something that matters from the ground up. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, developing innovative and marketable products, and ensuring exceptional design quality across all touchpoints.
 

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and brand vision while prioritizing user-centered design.

• Build and nurture a collaborative and talented design team.

• Oversee the entire design process, from concept development and 
  prototyping to final production and quality control.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new product ideas and design innovation.

• Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all channels.

• Establish and maintain high design standards for all products, branding materials, and marketing assets.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies, 
  proactively incorporating them to enhance the brand's visual identity.

Compensation:

• This is an equity-only founder-level role. We offer a competitive equity package with the potential for future profit sharing based on company performance.
