We are looking for a Co-Founding Backend Developer to produce scalable software solutions and deliver on a MVP. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team using coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries both on the front-end and the back-end. Teamwork and a sense of design and utility are also necessary.

Backend Developer Co-founder responsibilities are:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Django, Node.js).

• Implement database schemas and optimize data storage and retrieval processes using SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between the frontend and backend components of the platform.

• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration of backend services with the user interface.

• Implement security measures and best practices to protect user data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations

• Optimize backend performance and scalability to handle growing user traffic and data volumes.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing phases.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development to continuously improve our platform.

Backend Developer Co-founder requirements are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 7 years of experience in backend development, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.

• Experience with database technologies like SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as, Azure (we use azure).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
