TalkDEI is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director of Operations to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on operational expertise
Director of Operations Co-founder responsibilities are:

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with TalkDEI's overall vision and goals.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple functions, including human resources, finance, legal, and vendor management.

Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, managing investor relations and fundraising efforts.

Drive financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring prudent allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team.

Anticipate future growth opportunities and challenges, developing scalable solutions to support TalkDEI's expansion and scalability.
Director of Operations Co-founder requirements are:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Proven track record of success in operational leadership roles, preferably within the technology startup ecosystem.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive effective solutions.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Experience managing investor relations and fundraising activities, with a demonstrated ability to secure funding and drive growth.

Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.

Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
